Furniture, technology, infrastructure and children’s play equipment.
25% — Complete the interior spaces
Flooring, internal walls, painting and other interior finishing works.
36% — Complete the exterior façade
The remaining work needed to complete the building’s exterior.

Remaining completion works and contingency.
