How we handle your data
Short version: we collect only what we need to process your gift and keep you updated, we do not sell anything to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
Your name and email when you donate, whatever you enter in our enquiry form, your email if you sign up for build updates, and anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
Who processes it
WhyDonate and Stripe handle donations and payment data — we never see or store your card details. Mailchimp handles email updates. Framer hosts the site and provides analytics.
How long we keep it and why
Donation records are kept as long as Dutch charity and tax law requires us to. Enquiry messages are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period after. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@c3imagine.church and we will respond within a month.
Cookies
We set what is needed to make the site work, plus analytics so we can see which pages help people give. You can decline the optional ones and change your mind whenever you like.
