Donation terms and use of funds
The rules that apply when you give to the Imagine Centre, in plain language.
Who you are giving to
Gifts are made to C3 Imagine, an ANBI-registered charity in the Netherlands. Donations to this campaign are used for the construction and fit-out of the Imagine Centre in Amsterdam-Zuidoost.
How funds are used
Your gift funds completing the building and outfitting it — kitchen and café facilities, the room used by C3 Cares and youth activities, kids’ play equipment, furniture and finishing. If we exceed the goal, surplus funds go to the running and maintenance of the centre.
If the goal is not met
Every gift still goes to the build. If the full amount is not raised we phase the fit-out, completing the spaces that serve the most people first and finishing the rest as further funding arrives.
Refunds
If you give by mistake, or the amount was wrong, contact us within 14 days at hello@c3imagine.church and we will refund it. Recurring gifts can be cancelled at any time.
Tax deductibility
Because C3 Imagine holds ANBI status, gifts are deductible under Dutch rules. A periodieke schenking — a five-year agreement — is fully deductible with no threshold. Companies can deduct gifts up to €100,000 per year, capped at 50% of profit.
Accountability
We publish annual accounts as required for ANBI status, and the current funding position is shown on the Progress page.
